Color Laser All-in-One Machines

For many years now our office has used HP OfficeJets to do general office tasks such as copying paperwork and printing, etc. We would go through 2 to 3 inkjet cartridges/month. When you add that over the life of the printer (3 years or so), that is close to 100 ink cartridges, and that is just the black. Figure in the color, and it might be close to 200 cartridges. With an average price of $25/cartridge, that is $5000 just for cartridges. That little inkjet all-in-one machine (which cost the company $399 at the time) turned out to be one pretty expensive unit.

Introducing color laser all-in-one machines. They might cost a little more money on the front-end, but $1,000’s on the backend if you really use this unit on a daily basis. Laser toner’s cost more, but they can do much more pages per print. It’s like dial-up vs. hi-speed internet access, a no-brainer for today’s growing office environment.
